Our nonprofit partner, United Planet, connects volunteers who want to make a difference with communities in more than 40 countries. To grow their donor base to sustain this impactful work, they leveraged the donation platform Give Lively for their fundraising workflows. However, Give Lively was not connected to their CRM platform, Salesforce, preventing continuity in their stakeholder engagement.
Solution
Prometheus matched United Planet with a backend engineer to integrate Give Lively and Salesforce, giving our partner a single source of truth for stakeholder information. With real-time reports, they can now connect with stakeholders more quickly and in a personalized way, deepening their relationships.
