Problem
Our nonprofit partner, Health Justice Initiative, promotes healthcare equity by providing no or low-cost litigation and mediation services as well as education and advocacy around healthcare access. Previously, they manually collected and stored data on their program participants, donors, and volunteers in Google Drive. This was a time-consuming process and made it difficult to intake clients and manage information about their cases.
Solution
Prometheus matched the Health Justice Initiative with a data engineer to build out a comprehensive CRM system in Salesforce that included the nonprofit’s historical data, automatic email workflows, custom event reports, and dashboards to track donors’ giving history. This system has enabled the nonprofit to effectively manage relationships, monitor engagement and evaluate program outcomes. It has also directly increased their capacity to grow partnerships, improve donor and stakeholder engagement, and expand programs.

“Working with Prometheus has been truly transformative for our organization. They stepped in at a moment when we had the vision but not the resources to build the systems we needed. What they created in Salesforce was not just a tool, it was a foundation for growth, clarity, and impact. Their generosity, expertise, and commitment to our mission have allowed us to operate with a level of structure and insight that simply was not possible before. Prometheus did more than build a platform. They expanded what we believed was possible.” - (Health Justice Initiative)
