Problem

  • Our nonprofit partner, The Hope Program, provides comprehensive training, job advancement, and lifelong support in sustainability careers. To achieve their mission, they work with employer partners to highlight job opportunities to the communities they serve. They previously tracked these job opportunities through a Google Doc and via email, while separately recording job placements and retention in Salesforce. These workflows contained numerous manual tasks and were consuming a significant amount of the staff’s time.

Solution

  • Prometheus matched The Hope Program with a full-stack engineer to streamline the employer intake process and job opportunity tracking. The engineer implemented two Form Assembly web forms to allow verified employers to submit new job opportunities and prospective employers to register their required information. The engineer also integrated both forms with Salesforce and created automations to notify stakeholders of new partners and manage job submissions. These new workflows will reduce the organization’s time spent on manual data entry and will expedite the time it takes to connect their community to job opportunities.
