Problem
Our nonprofit partner, the cell theatre, is a theater and developmental home for artists in the New York City community. They manage stakeholder relationships across various programs including ticket holders, donors, space rentals, and performances they incubate through their artists in residence program.
The cell theatre collected data on their stakeholders across different platforms and multiple spreadsheets, which was time-consuming and often led to data quality issues and difficulty in analyzing their historical program data year over year. These limitations prevented their team from gaining invaluable insights from this data for their operations.
Solution
Prometheus paired the cell theatre with a Front-End Engineer to create a centralized CRM system and streamline their data. The talent replaced multiple spreadsheets with a consolidated Airtable database to track the theater’s stakeholders in one place as well as an analytics dashboard showcasing trends and program outcomes over time. Airtable is a low-code, user-friendly platform that is easy for the organization to update, customize, and maintain over time. With this new tool, the organization can better understand their stakeholders, reconnect with lapsed relationships, and grow its revenue.
“Working with Prometheus gave us a tool that provided immeasurable opportunities to learn, build and find greater success as a small non profit” - Jonah (General Manager, the cell theatre)
